CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-111 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF REYNOLDS AND BROWN <br /> FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL OF A FIVE BUILDING <br /> OFFICE/RETAIL/RESTAURANT COMPLEX TO BE LOCATED ON <br /> APPROXIMATELY 8.82 ACRES ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE <br /> INTERSECTION OF HOPYARD ROAD AND 1-580 (PUD-86-4) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Reynolds and Brown have applied for development plan <br /> approval of a five building, approximately 108,738 sq. <br /> ft. office/retail/restaurant complex to be located on an <br /> approximately 8182 acre site located in the southwest <br /> corner of the intersection of HOpyard Road and 1-680; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no <br /> significant adverse effects on the environment, a <br /> negative declaration was adopted by Council on March 18, <br /> 1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 18, <br /> 1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> Pleasanton; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Reynolds and Brown for <br /> design approval for a five building, approximately <br /> 108,738 sq. ft. office/retail/restaurant complex to be <br /> located on an approximately 8.82 acre site located on <br /> the southwest corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road <br /> and 1-580, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit A <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of <br /> Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
