CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-110 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br /> APPLICATION OF REYNOLDS AND BROWN FOR DESIGN REVIEW <br /> APPROVAL FOR A FIVE BUILDING OFFICE/RETAIL/RESTAURANT <br /> COMPLEX ON 8.82 ACRES LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF <br /> THE INTERSECTION OF HOPYARD ROAD AND 1-580 (PUD-86-4) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 18, 1986, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for a five <br /> building, approximately 108,738 sq. ft. <br /> office/retail/restaurant complex to be located on an <br /> approximately 8.82 acre site located in the southwest <br /> corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road and 1-580 <br /> (PUD-86-4); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated January 31, 1986 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development <br /> plan would not have any significant adverse effects on <br /> the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for a five <br /> building, approximately 108,738 sq. ft. <br /> office/retail/restaurant complex to be located on an <br /> approximately 8.82 acre site located in the southwest <br /> corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road and 1-580 <br /> (PUD-86-4). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
