THIRD AMENDMENT TO CAMP, DRESSER & MCKEE, INC. <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT to the CONTRACT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES <br />is made by and between the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal <br />corporation (thereinafter, "City") and Camp, Dresser & McKee, <br />Inc. (CDM) a Massachusetts corporation (hereinafter referred to <br /> <br />as "Consultant") on the day of <br /> <br /> RECITALS: <br /> <br /> A. City and Consultant entered into an agreement dated <br />April 10, 1984, the Contract for Consultant Services. <br /> <br /> B. During the course of said agreement, the City has <br />determined certain extra work was necessary and Camp, Dresser & <br />McKee, Inc. has agreed to perform this work as requested. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The agreement is hereby amended to add to the <br />additional work or Consultant's services as itemized in Exhibit <br />A, from CDM dated August 30, 1985, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. Consultant shall perform <br />said services not to exceed TWENTY ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TEN <br />DOLLARS ($21,310.00) with payment to be made in accordance with <br />the terms and conditions of the April 10, 1984 agreement. <br /> <br /> 2. All other terms and conditions of the April 10, <br />1984 agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> <br />
