PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-48 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-87-5, STONESON <br />DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br />WHEREAS, Stoneson Development Corporation has applied to rezone <br />from the RM-2500 (Multi-family Residential) District to <br />the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density <br />Residential District and for development plan approval <br />for a 104-unit townhouse complex, to be located on an <br />approximately 13.5 acre site, located in the area <br />bounded by Stoneridge Drive, Springdale Avenue, Gold <br />Creek, and Pleasant Hill Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 13, 1987, the Planning Commission <br />received a proposed negative declaration for Case <br />PUD-87-5; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated March 13, 1987, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held May 13, 1987, at <br />which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />planned unit development zoning and development plan <br />application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration <br />prepared for Case PUD-87-5. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 13TH DAY OF MAY 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />- 1 - <br />
