PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-48 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-87-5, STONESON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION WHEREAS, Stoneson Development Corporation has applied to rezone from the RM-2500 (Multi-family Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential District and for development plan approval for a 104-unit townhouse complex, to be located on an approximately 13.5 acre site, located in the area bounded by Stoneridge Drive, Springdale Avenue, Gold Creek, and Pleasant Hill Drive; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 13, 1987, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-87-5; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 13, 1987, and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held May 13, 1987, at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed planned unit development zoning and development plan application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration prepared for Case PUD-87-5. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
