Adopt a resolution approving the Engineer's Reports for the subject GHADs <br />and approving and declaring the Board's intentions to assess the properties <br />within the GHADs for the costs to maintain and operate the GHADs and set <br />June 17, 2008, as the date of the public hearings to hear protests concerning <br />the proposed assessments <br />5.
