PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-52 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PUD-83-10-4M, <br />PUD-83-12-3M, PUD-86-15-2M, CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for a major <br />modification to approved development plans for three <br />low-density residential projects to close a street <br />serving the development, Cameron Avenue, prior to its <br />intersection with Kamp Drive, located generally in the <br />area bounded by Mohr Avenue, Martin Avenue and Cameron <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) Low Density Residential; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 13, 1987 the <br />Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-83-10-4M/83-12-3M, <br />and PUD-86-15-2M subject to the following condition: <br />1. That Cameron Avenue be constructed as planned, and <br />that a gate designed to the specifications of the <br />City Engineer be installed across Cameron Avenue at <br />the eastern boundary of the Mohr Park development. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 13TH DAY OF MAY 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Tarver and Chairman <br />Lindsey <br />NOES: Commissioner Michelotti <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: May 13, 1987 <br />ATTEST <br />- 1 - <br />
