PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-54 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PUD-80-2-7 D, <br />MARTINEZ/KOLL <br />WHEREAS, Michael Martinez/Koll Company has applied to construct <br />an approximately 6,879 sq. ft. restaurant complex, to be <br />located on an approximately one acre site located <br />generally at the southeast corner of Koll Center Drive <br />and Koll Center Parkway; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)- Industrial/Commercial and Office District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 27, 1987 the <br />Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br />rezoning and development plan approval for the business <br />park complex in which this project is located. A <br />project of this nature was included into the scope of <br />that EIR. Therefore, no environmental document <br />accompanies this report and no further environmental <br />review is necessary at this time. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PUD-80-2-7D, application of Michael <br />Martinez/Koll Company to construct an approximately <br />6,879 sq. ft. restaurant complex to be located on an <br />approximately one acre site located generally at the <br />southeast corner of Kall Center Drive and Koll Center <br />Parkway subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall conform substantially to <br />the plans and elevations on file with the Planning <br />Department except as modified herein. <br />2. That the development shall be subject to all <br />conditions of approval for Case PUD-80-2-2M. <br />- 1 - <br />
