Resolution No. PC-87-54 <br />May 27, 1987 <br />3. That, if pad mounted, the transformer shown on the <br />site plan shall be relocated to an area within the <br />service court wall on the north side of the <br />restaurant, the final location to be approved by <br />the Planning Department prior to the issuance of <br />building permits for the project. <br />4. That the applicant shall submit a separate <br />application to the Design Review Board for approval <br />of a comprehensive sign program for the restaurant <br />site. <br />5. That the applicant provide a suitable sidewalk <br />connecting the existing sidewalk along Koll Center <br />Parkway to the building sidewalk. Said sidewalk <br />design and location shall be submitted for review <br />and approval by the Planning Director prior to <br />issuance of any building permits. <br />6. That the applicant process a minor subdivision <br />application in the event that the parcel for Site <br />"A" is to be under separate ownership. <br />7. That construction pursuant to a valid building <br />permit shall commence within 1 year. Failure to do <br />so will result in the expiration of the development <br />plan approval. <br />8. That this case is subject to all Standard <br />Conditions of Development, attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference, except Conditions <br />No. 12, 28, 29, 33,46, 49 and 54. <br />Section 2.
