PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-55 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE <br />PUD-87-9, PEREGRINE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Peregrine Development Company has applied for Planned <br />Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval <br />for construction of a 12 unit apartment complex, to be <br />located on an approximately 2.8 acre site located at <br />1045 Division Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 27, 1987, the Planning Commission <br />received a proposed negative declaration for Case <br />PUD-87-9; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated May 22, 1987 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held May 27, 1987, at <br />which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration for <br />PUD-87-9, application of Peregrine Development Company. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and Adoption. <br />- 1 - <br />
