PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-61 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE <br />PUD-87-8, KRISTEN LAMB <br />WHEREAS, Kristen Lamb has applied for Planned Unit development <br />rezoning and development plan approval for a six-parcel <br />single-family residential development to be located on <br />an approximately 4.76 acre site located at 2982 Foothill <br />Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 27, 1987, the Planning Commission <br />received a proposed negative declaration for Case <br />PUD-87-8; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated May 13, 1987 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held May 27, 1987, at <br />which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration for <br />PUD-87-8, application of Kristen Lamb for Planned Unit <br />Development rezoning and development plan approval for a <br />six-parcel single-family residential development on an <br />approximately 4.76 acre site located at 2982 Foothill <br />Road. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and Adoption. <br />- 1 - <br />
