ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1994-1, OAK TREE <br />FARM <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />(Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br />James Kelcourse, City Engineer, Engineer for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance <br />District, 1994-1, Oak Tree Farm, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this <br />report as directed by the City Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways <br />Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br />The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br />The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas, open space slopes, fuel <br />transition zones (fire breaks), entry features, open space drainage ditches, irrigation <br />systems, trees in the open space and designated landscaped areas, and the furnishing of <br />water and power for irrigation systems, together with all appurtenant and incidental <br />expenses within Tract 6563, and 6748, and parcels B and C of Parcel Map 6259, City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />This Report consists of six parts, as follows: <br />PART A - Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed with the City Clerk. <br />Although separately bound, the plans and specifications are a part of this report <br />and are included in it by reference. <br />PART B - An estimate of the annual maintenance costs of the improvements. <br />PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefited parcel <br />of land within the Assessment District. <br />PART D - A statement of the method by which the undersigned has determined the amount <br />proposed to be assessed against each parcel. <br />PART E - A diagram showing all of the parcels of real property within this assessment <br />district.
