ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1993-1 WINDSOR <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />(Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br />James Kelcourse, City Engineer, Engineer for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance <br />District No. 1993-1, Windsor, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this report <br />as directed by the City Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways Code <br />(Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br />The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br />The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas and open space areas, <br />entry features, masonry soundwalls, common area drainage ditches, irrigation <br />systems, trees and plantings in designated landscaped areas, furnishing of water and <br />power for irrigation systems, and street lights, together with all appurtenant and <br />incidental expenses within Tract 6320, City of Pleasanton. <br />This Report consists of six parts, as follows: <br />PART A - Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed with the City <br />Clerk. Although separately bound, the plans and specifications are a part <br />of this report and are included in it by reference. <br />PART B - An estimate of the annual maintenance costs of the improvements. <br />PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefited <br />parcel of land within the Assessment District. <br />PART D - A statement of the method by which the undersigned has determined the <br />amount proposed to be assessed against each parcel. <br />PART E - An assessment diagram which shows each parcel of real property within <br />the assessment district.
