Del Rio/Bay Area Design Consultants, for Raiinder <br />Ghatoaura <br />Application for administrative design review approval to construct an approximately <br />134-square-foot first-floor addition to the front of the existing residence located at <br />4131 Crisfield Lane and an approximately 379-square-foot first-floor addition to the rear <br />of the residence. <br />Approved. <br />Additional Project Information: <br />The existing floor area of the residence is 1, 645 square feet. The 513-square-foot <br />addition will bring the total floor area to 2,158 square feet. The lot size is <br />6, 670 square feet.
