PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-87-63 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE <br />PUD-87-6, B-W CONSTRUCTION COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, B-W Construction Company have applied for development <br />plan approval to construct a 28-unit residential <br />townhouse complex, to be located on an approximately 2.4 <br />acre site, located at 553 St. John Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - High Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 10, 1987, the Planning Commission <br />received a proposed negative declaration for Case <br />PUD-87-6; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated May 19, 1987 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held June 10, 1987, at <br />which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration for <br />PUD-87-6, application for development plan approval to <br />construct a 28-unit residential townhouse complex, to be <br />located on an approximately 2.4 acre site, located at <br />553 St. John Street. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and Adoption. <br />- 1 - <br />
