That's what I know of on my side of the neighborhood... Nicole may be able to enlighten you on her side of the neighborhood... thanks for your efforts, we too want to clean/up the guidelines to align with the reality of the neighborhood constraints so that everyone can enjoy their homes to the fullest... please call me if you need any other assistance...
