PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-65 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5792, PONDEROSA <br />HOMES <br />WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes has applied to subdivide an <br />approximately 13.4 acre site into 111 parcels for single <br />family residential use, located in the area bounded by <br />Paseo Santa Cruz, Camino Segura, and Via de los Cerros; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 10, 1987 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was prepared for the development <br />plan approval affecting this site. Subdivision of the <br />property was included within the scope of that <br />environmental document. No further environmental review <br />is necessary at this time. Therefore, no environmental <br />document accompanies this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed <br />tentative map to be in conformance with the General Plan <br />of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves Tract 5792 the application of Ponderosa <br />Homes to subdivide an approximately 13.4 acre site into 111 <br />parcels for single family residential use, located in the <br />area bounded by Paseo Santa Cruz, Camino Segura, and Via de <br />los Cerros subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That, except as modified by these conditions, the <br />development shall be substantially as shown on Tentative <br />Map Tract 5792 on files with the Planning Department. <br />2. That proposed street names for the project shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Director for review and <br />approval prior to the recordation of the final map. <br />Those streets identified as "A" Street and "C" Court <br />shall be consolidated into one name only. <br />- 1 - <br />
