PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-65 RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5792, PONDEROSA HOMES WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes has applied to subdivide an approximately 13.4 acre site into 111 parcels for single family residential use, located in the area bounded by Paseo Santa Cruz, Camino Segura, and Via de los Cerros; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 10, 1987 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was prepared for the development plan approval affecting this site. Subdivision of the property was included within the scope of that environmental document. No further environmental review is necessary at this time. Therefore, no environmental document accompanies this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed tentative map to be in conformance with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves Tract 5792 the application of Ponderosa Homes to subdivide an approximately 13.4 acre site into 111 parcels for single family residential use, located in the area bounded by Paseo Santa Cruz, Camino Segura, and Via de los Cerros subject to the following conditions: 1. That, except as modified by these conditions, the development shall be substantially as shown on Tentative Map Tract 5792 on files with the Planning Department. 2. That proposed street names for the project shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval prior to the recordation of the final map. Those streets identified as "A" Street and "C" Court shall be consolidated into one name only. - 1 -
