PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTIONi N0. PC-87-68 RESOLUTION DENYING CANE PUD-87-10, WARREN AVENUE ASSOCIATES WHEREAS, Warren Avenue Associates has applied for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a single-story, approximately 7,750 square foot building for retail commercial uses and for related improvements, to be located on an approximately 20,000 square foot site, located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road and Owens Drive; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 24, 1987, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the negative declaration for Case PUD-87-10 after considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found parking to be deficient for the entire northeast corner of Hopyard Road and Owens Drive, and that the use proposed, therefore, would be inappropriate for the subject site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Denies Case PUD-87-10, application for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a single-story, approximately 7,750 square foot building for retail commercial uses and for related improvements, to be located on an approximately 20,000 square foot site, located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road and Owens Drive. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
