PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTIOI`I NO. PC-87-71 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDIDIG APPROVAL OF CASES PUD-87-12 and <br />PUD-87-13, GOOCH AND ASSOCIATES/RICCIO/CALDWELL <br />WHEREAS, Gooch and Associates and Harry Caldwell have applied for <br />development plan approval for a 13-unit residential <br />project to be located on an approximately 2 acre site, <br />located at 3745 Vineyard Avenue. Zoning for the <br />property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium <br />Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, Gooch and Associates and Sylvia Riccio have applied for <br />development plan approval for a 25-unit residential <br />project to be the located on an approximately 3.7 acre <br />site, located at 3759 Vineyard Avenue. Zoning for the <br />property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium <br />Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of June 24, 1987, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the negative <br />declaration prepared for Case PUD-87-12 and PUD-87-13 <br />after considering all public testimony, relevant <br />exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning these applications; and <br />WHEREAS, finds that the development plans for Case PUD-87-12 and <br />PUD-87-13 are consistent with the General Plan and the <br />purposes of the PUD Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval <br />applications of Gooch <br />for development plan a <br />project to be located <br />at 3745 Vineyard Avenu <br />and Associates and Syl <br />approval for 24 unit <br />of Case PUD-87-12 and PUD-87-13, <br />and Associates and Harry Caldwell <br />pproval for a 13 unit residential <br />on an approximately two acre site <br />e; and the application of Gooch <br />via Riccio for development plan <br />residential project to be located <br />on a 3.7 acre site located at 3759 Vineyard Avenue <br />subject to the conditions shown in Attachment "A" and <br />Attachment "B" attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and Adoption. <br />- 1 - <br />
