PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-72 RESOLUTION DENYING CASE PUD-82-16-3M, HSC AND RALPH ROMERO WHEREAS, HSC Development and Ralph Romero have applied for a major modification to an approved development plan for a 39-unit residential project to permit the further subdivision of a single parcel into two lots to be located on an approximately 2.4 acre site located at the terminus of Grey Fox Court; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 24, 1987, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found approval of the subject application would compromise the integrity of the planned unit development process, in which the intent is to ensure a comprehensive approach and a superior product that is consistent with general plan goals and objectives as well as with the desires of the developer and the community. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section l: Denies Case PUD-82-16-3M, application of HSC Development and Ralph Romero for a major modification to an approved development plan for a 39-unit residential project to permit the further subdivision of a single parcel into two lots to be located on an approximately 2.4 acre site located at the terminus of Grey Fox Court. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
