PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-73 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE PUD-87-2, HARBOR VIEW INVESTMENT, INC. WHEREAS, Harbor View Investment, Inc. has applied to rezone from "A" (Agricultural) District to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Commercial and Offices District and development plan approval for a seven-story 150 room hotel, restaurant, and related facilities, to be located on an approximately 3.6 acre site, located at 11920 Old Dublin Canyon Road; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 24, 1987, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-87-02; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated January 1, 1987 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held June 24, 1987, at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines goveY•ning the preparation of Negative Declarations and Envix•onmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration for Harbor View Investment, Inc. to rezone from "A" (Agricultural) District to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Commercial and Offices District and development plan approval for a seven-story 150 room hotel, restaurant, and related facilities, to be located on an approximately 3.6 acre site, located at 11920 Old Dublin Canyon Road. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and Adoption. -~ 1 -
