PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-87-74 RESOLUTION DENYING CASE PUD-87-2, APPLICATION OF HARBOR VIEW INVESTMENT, INC. WHEREAS, Harbor View Investment, Inc. has applied to rezone from "A" (Agricultural) District to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Commercial and Offices District and development plan approval for a seven-story 150 room hotel, restaurant, and related facilities, to be located on an approximately 3.6 acre site, located at 11920 Old Dublin Canyon Road; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 24, 1987, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-87-02 after considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposal, if approved, would have an adverse effect on the intersection of Old Dublin Boulevard and Foothill Road with regard to traffic at this time. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Denies the application of Harbor View Investment, Inc. to rezone from "A" (Agricultural) District to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Commercial and Offices District and development plan approval for a seven-story 150 room hotel, restaurant, and related facilities, to be located on an approximately 3.6 acre site, located at 11920 Old Dublin Canyon Road. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective 15 days after the date of its passage and Adoption.
