ATTACHMENT 4 CONTRACT ANNUAL SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE PROJECT NO. 075012. THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this 20TH day of MAY, 2008 by and between George Bianchi Construction, Inc., ("Contractor"), whose address is 775-A Mabury Road, San Jose, CA 94133, and telephone number is (408) 453-3037 and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation ("City"). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the City has awarded to the Contractor a contract for the ANNUAL SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE, PROJECT NO. 075012. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, the parties agree as follows: Work to be Performed. The work will consist of the removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk/driveways curb through drains and access ramps in various City streets as shown on project plans. Said work is more particularly shown in the following documents which are on file with the Department of Public Works of the City and are incorporated herein by this reference: A. Approved Plans and Specifications entitled the ANNUAL SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE, PROJECT NO. 075012, and addenda thereto, if any. B. Contract Change Orders approved by the City Engineer, done in accordance with the Standard Specifications. C. The elements of the proposal submitted to the City by the Contractor, which the City has accepted. 2. Compensation. The City shall pay the Contractor for work actually performed at the unit prices set out in the Contractor's proposal to the City. The quantities of work stated therein are estimates only; actual quantities will be measured for payment in accordance with the specifications.
