CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-87 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR KOTTINGER <br /> PLACE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council instructed staff to prepare a <br /> management plan which will demonstrate that the City has <br /> the experience and ability to manage Kottinger Place and <br /> meet all HUD requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 4, 1986, the Director of Parks <br /> and Community Services presented a report (SR 86:88) <br /> describing the proposed management plan and cost <br /> estimate; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council approves the Management Plan for Kottinger <br /> Place as described in Staff Report 86:88, attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Manager is authorized to make minor <br /> modifications to the Management Plan as required by <br /> circumstances. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 4, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> BRANDES JR R <br /> F · , . <br /> <br /> ames R~ Walker, City~Clerk <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> ~ Cit~ Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
