CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-80 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF GROWTH MANAGEMENT EXEMPTION FOR JOHN PAYNE <br /> (PUD-85-7) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John Payne has requested a Growth Management Program <br /> exemption under the new exemption category for certain <br /> smaller projects aimed at providing affordable housing <br /> for moderate-income households; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Planning and Community Development <br /> presented his report (SR 86:90) regarding the request <br /> from John Payne which analyzed the request and made <br /> several recommendations; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the request for exemption from the Growth <br /> Management Program from John Payne (PUD-85-7), subject <br /> to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That the developer complete the bond program <br /> approval process within three (3) months of the <br /> granting of this exemption. <br /> <br /> 2. That the developer sell a minimum of nine (9) units <br /> (25% of the total project) in full compliance with <br /> all the requirements of the Pleasanton Suisun City <br /> JPA bond program. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 4, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None ,, <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> F A ~RAN6ES, JR., <br /> R · R <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />AP OVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Peter D. ~acDona d, l~y'K o~ey <br /> <br /> <br />
