As you have come to <br />acknownledge that Bawa main house has already blocked 80% of our view. This area is the only view <br />that we got. If the city allows Bawa to build this second house, that will contribute to block 95% of our <br />view. We are the resisdents who lives here everyday and will be the victim of the decision. <br />We will continue our opposition to the decision for whatever this will take us to. <br />We hope that the city will take our issue and rights seriously since we are the victims to this action. In <br />the mean time, we are working with our lawyer to address this issue with the HOA. <br />We continue to go back to the HOA to better understand the approval process with our attorney <br />assistant. <br />Just to be clear that the second house has not been approved to be built, therefore, can not be saying that <br />we are delaying the project!
