Enforcement Action: Condition of Approval #17: "The applicant/Property Owner shall develop this project and operate all uses in compliance with the Conditions of Approval of this Conditional Use Permit and regulations established in the Zoning Ordinance. Any violation of the terms or conditions specified -maybe subject to enforcement action (see also Permit Procedures/Violation, DMC 8.96.020.J)" Condition of Approval #32: "Revocation.
