57. A temporary construction trailer shall be allowed on site during construction for <br />use during the allowed hours of operation. At no time shall campers, trailers, <br />motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or sleeping quarters on the <br />construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the site at the end of <br />each workday. <br />58. There shall be no truck deliveries, parking lot sweeping, outside maintenance, or <br />garbage pick-up between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. during project <br />construction. This condition does not amend the waste pickup schedule of <br />Pleasanton Garbage Service. <br />59. If any prehistoric or historic artifacts, or other indications of cultural resources <br />are found once the project construction is underway, all work must stop within <br />20 meters (66 feet) of the find. A qualified archaeologist shall be consulted for an <br />immediate evaluation of the find prior to resuming ground-breaking construction <br />activities within 20 meters of the find. If the find is determined to be an important <br />archaeological resource, the resource shall be either avoided, if feasible, or <br />recovered consistent with the requirements of Appendix K of the State CEQA <br />Guidelines. In the event of discovery or recognition of any human remains in any <br />on-site location, there shall be no further excavation or disturbance of the site or <br />any nearby area reasonably suspected to overlie adjacent remains until the <br />County coroner has determined, in accordance with any law concerning <br />investigation of the circumstances, the manner and cause of death and has made <br />recommendations concerning treatment and dispositions of the human remains <br />to the person responsible for the excavation, or to his/her authorized <br />representative. A similar note shall appear on the improvement plans. <br />60. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from <br />existing residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to <br />prevent odor. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />61. The area of the development shall be tested for strength and clarity of signal to <br />and from the area for City emergency services communications including, but not <br />limited to, City eight-hundred megahertz (800 MHz) trunked radio, Livermore- <br />Pleasanton Fire Services radio, Alameda County eight-hundred megahertz <br />(800 MHz) trunked radio, CLEMAR/ Police Dispatch, and the current police <br />mobile data system, unless waived by the Police Department, City of Pleasanton. <br />Expert opinions may be required in anticipation of communications difficulties <br />inside or around large structures. Mitigation plans of less than acceptable <br />communications shall be submitted to the satisfaction of the Police Department <br />prior to approval and shall be financed by the applicant immediately upon <br />approval. <br />9 <br />
