Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority <br />Special Transportation for Seniors and People with Disabilities <br />Financial Records Mana eg ment <br />Punch card sales and redemption procedures are as follows: <br />Pleasanton residents are sold a punch card valued at $25.00 for use as needed. Residents' <br />from Sunol and unincorporated areas of Pleasanton pay $30.00. Drivers punch the cards <br />according to destination. A daily record of punch card sales is maintained at the Pleasanton <br />Senior Center. <br />The Pleasanton Finance Department prepares a monthly report that itemizes operating costs. <br />Six (6) months are combined for each ACTIA report. An annual audit is also completed by <br />the City, and reviewed by ACTIA staff. <br />For FY 2008-09, PPS anticipates the following funding: <br />Funding Sources Funding <br />MTC 4.5 $55,306 <br />Alameda County Measure B $88,700 <br />Fares (Paratransit) $50,000 <br />City of Pleasanton (General Fund) $536,637 <br />Total Budget <br />$730,643 <br />For the Downtown Route Gap Application (2008-2010), a separate DTR Budget was <br />designed and included the following expenses and revenues: <br />Expenses for FY 2008-09 $208,960 <br />City of Pleasanton Funds & Rider Fares $37,048 <br />Potential Measure B Gap Funds $171,912 <br />Details of this budget were included in the DTR Gap Application. <br />Describe planned outreach to ensure that potential users of the services (including <br />coordinated services) learn about them. <br />Resaonse• <br />Marketing of PPS is completed through the City's Parks and Community Services <br />Department.
