CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-73 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENSION OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> FOR TRACTS 5281 AND 5257, COUNTRY FAIR DOWNS, WITH <br /> PONDEROSA HOMES <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the extension of time until <br /> August 12, 1986 for completion of the required public <br /> improvements in Tracts 5257 and 5281, Country Fair <br /> Downs, pursuant to subdivision agreement between the <br /> City of Pleasanton and Ponderosa Homes. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 4, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> FRANK C.
