CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-67 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE DIRECTOR OF <br /> FINANCE DATED FEBRUARY 18, 1986 REGARDING MID-YEAR <br /> BUDGET REVIEW <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 18, 1986, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Director of Finance (SR <br /> 86:70) presenting a Mid-Year Budget Review and <br /> recommending various adjustments; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, included in the report were staff's recommendations for <br /> adjustments to the General Fund, Sewer Fund and Water <br /> Maintenance and Operation Fund as presented in the staff <br /> report; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the report of the Director of Finance, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Amends the 1985-86 fiscal year budget to reflect the <br /> adjustments in the financial status of the General Fund, <br /> Sewer Fund, and Water Maintenance and Operation Fund as <br /> presented in the staff report. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 18, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr and Mayor Brandes <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~/~ <br /> ATTEST: ' <br /> BR S, OR <br /> <br />~¢ames R.
