particularly set forth on Exhibits A and B. The 39 Permits <br /> shall be allocated to the remaining 39 lots ("39 Lots"), as <br /> more particularly set forth on Exhibits A and B. No build- <br /> ing permits will be issued with respect to the 25 Lots and <br /> 9 Lots prior to September 8, 1984. Building permits may <br /> be issued on the 39 Lots at anytime after September 8, 1983." <br /> <br /> 2. Section 2 of the Agreement is amended in its <br /> entirety to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "2.
