particularly set forth on Exhibits A and B. The 39 Permits <br /> shall be allocated to the remaining 39 lots ("39 Lots"), as <br /> more particularly set forth on Exhibits A and B. No build- <br /> ing permits will be issued with respect to the 25 Lots and <br /> 9 Lots prior to September 8, 1984. Building permits may <br /> be issued on the 39 Lots at anytime after September 8, 1983." <br /> <br /> 2. Section 2 of the Agreement is amended in its <br /> entirety to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "2. The effect of the Agreement was to extend until <br /> November 28, 1982, January 16, 1983, and April 6, 1985 the <br /> time within which building permits could be obtained for the <br /> Property by Stoneson without the expiration of all or any. <br /> portion of the 37 Permits and/or the 9 Permits and/or 39 <br /> Permits, respectively. The effect of the First Amendment <br />. was to extend until November 28,. 1983, January 16, 1984, <br /> and_April 6, .1986_~_ the time within which building permits <br /> can be obtained for the Property by Stoneson without the <br /> expiration of all or any portion of the 37 permits and/or <br /> the 9 Permits and/or 39 Permits, respectively. The effect <br /> of the Second Amendment is to extend until,~-Se~e~VnB~' <br /> ~I'1984 and November 2, 1984, the time within~whit~Y'b~ilding <br /> '~rmits can be obtained by Stoneson for the 25 Lots and <br /> the 9 Lots, respectively, without the expiration of all or <br /> any portion of the 25 Permits and/or the 9 Permits, <br /> respectively. Nothing contained in this Second Amendment <br /> shall be deemed to extend the deadline .by which building <br /> permits must be obtained for the 39 Lots without the <br /> expiration of all or any of the 39 Permits, which deadline <br /> is and shall be April 6, 1986." <br /> <br /> 3.
