Box 520 <br /> Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> <br /> RE: Second Amendment to Development Deferment <br /> Agreement <br /> <br /> Dear Peter: <br /> <br /> Pursuant to our various discussions, enclosed please <br /> find a copy of the Second Amendment to Development <br /> Deferment Agreement between Stoneson Development <br /> Corporation and the City of Pleasanton dated November <br /> 22, 1983. We are requesting that the deadline by which <br /> building permits must be obtained for the 39 lots <br /> identified in paragraph C of Exhibit B be extended from <br /> April 6, 1986 to April 6, 1987. We are not <br /> requesting that the extention be granted for all 39 <br /> lots, but for 15 lots. Attached to the agreement you <br /> will find an exhibit identifying the 15 lots for which <br /> we are seeking the extension. <br /> <br /> It is my understanding that this can be done by letter <br /> notification to the City Council under matters for <br /> information of council and that you anticipate that <br /> this will be on the agenda for February 18, 1986. <br /> <br /> <br />
