SECTION 2. The Fire Inspector or the contractor, as the case may be, shall keep <br />an account of the cost of abatement for each separate parcel of land where the work is <br />done and shall submit to the City Council for consideration, hearing and/or objections, <br />modification and confirmation, an itemized written report showing the cost, all as more <br />particularly described by Government Code Section 39574. <br />SECTION 3. The weed abatement costs, including a 100% mark up charge, shall <br />be the responsibility of the property owner of the parcel of land where the work was <br />done. <br />SECTION 4.
