Actions of the Planning Commission -April 9, 2008 <br />Commissioners Present: Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Kathy Narum, Greg O'Connor, Arne <br />Olson, and Jennifer Pearce. <br />Commissioner Absent: None <br />PCUP-205, Paul and Janny Rocha <br />Application for a conditional use permit to relocate and replace the 5,000-gallon wood <br />tank with a new 5,000-gallon poly tank in the rear yard of the existing residence located <br />at 481 Sycamore Road. Zoning for the property is PUD-A (Planned Unit Development - <br />Agriculture) District. <br />Staff Recommended: Approval <br />Action Taken: Approved per staff, with the modification that the applicant consider <br />planting shrubs to screen the tank with materials that will not harm the <br />health of the stock, subject to the review and approval of the Planning <br />and Community Development Director. <br />Vote: 4-1 (Fox voted no). <br />PUD-91-01-05M, Steven and Laura Spencer <br />Application for a major modification to an approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />development plan to reduce the rear yard setback from the required 20 feet to 5 feet <br />and the side yard setback from the required 10 feet to 5 feet for a pool in the rear yard <br />of the existing residence located at 8031 Oak Creek Drive.
