Adopt Resolution Affirming Planning Commission Approval <br />of a Conditional Use Permit for a Martial Arts Studio and <br />Youth Center (Attachment 3) <br />. 6. Alternatively, the City Council may do the following: <br />A. Affirm the Planning Commission Approval of July <br />22, 2003 with Modifications or Additional <br />Conditions of Approval; <br />B. •- Reverse the Planning Commission Decision of July <br />22, 2003 thereby Denying the Conditional Use Pernut <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br />On July 22, 2003, the Planning Commission held a public hearing for a Conditional Use Permit <br />application for a martial arts studio and youth center, Tri-Valley Martial Arts Center, with after-school, <br />day and summer programs. At the July 22, 2003 meeting, the project wa$ unanimously approved by the <br />Planning Commission subject to conditions of approval. Athird-party appeal of the approval was filed <br />with the Dublin City Clerk on July 28, 2003, pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 8.136, Appeals, of <br />the Zoning Ordinance.
