Please see the attached CUP PA02-058 as it was approved by the Planning Commission and later the City Council. All conditions of your CUP must be complied with at all times. The Planning Division would like you to pay particular attention to Conditions #5, 7, 11, 14, 17 and 32. The following conditions read as follows: Condition of Approval # 5: "Hours of Operation. Hours of Operation for the martial arts school and youth center shall be from 7:15 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday. No youth programs shall occur on the weekend. " - Condition of Approval #7: "Maintenance. The Applicant shall be responsible for cleaning up and disposing of school generated trash and litter on-site and off-site within the center." Condition of Approval #11: "Tenant space shall be used in the manner represented in application plans, written statements and other documents submitted as part of the application. " Condition of Approval #1.4: "The Applicant and all staff members, whether volunteer or paid, shall be fingerprinted and the fingerprints shall be submitted to the State of Califomia for clearance. The staff member's names and clearance status will be available for review by the Chief of Police%r his designee." Corrective Action: 1. Comply with all of the conditions of approval for your CUP 2. The tenant space may only be utilized for the operation of the Tri-Valley Martial Arts Center. No other use not depicted in your CUP will be permitted on site. Conducting an Accounting Bookkeeping Business, Sub Leasing to another Martial Arts School, or any other extended or expanded use is prohibited without proper Planning Division Approval. 3. The hours of operation for youth related activities shall be from 7:15 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday. NO YOUTH PROGRAMS SHALL OCCUR ON THE WEEKEND.
