I <br />I <br />Crn. Zika stated when he was young, the YMCA had a desk out front and people were <br />monitored. <br />Mr. pfund stated his desk overlooks the entire front area. He would be happy to put a <br />desk by the front door. They already closely monitor people coming in and out for <br />billing purposes. They have a barcode system. One person is always assigned to <br />monitor the door. <br />Mayor Lockhart clarified that it must be- school_age children and they must be enrolled <br />in a class. <br />Crn. Sbranti stated. he felt there needs to be some outdoor element to the program at least <br />an hour, preferably more, weather pernutting, particularly during the summer. <br />1Vlayor Lockhart again closed the public hearing. <br />NLs. Ram clarified the requirements: 1) minimum age school age, 2) structure for - <br />students and must participate in a martial arts program; 3) one person assigned to <br />monitor the door; and 4) at least 1 hour outside play, weather permitting. <br />On motion of Cm.
