7. Responsibility for anticipated project development activities <br /> is outlined below. Detailed steps in the project development <br /> process are appended to this MOU. This appendix is intended as <br /> a guide to Caltrans and City staffs. <br /> <br />Project Development <br /> <br />8. The type of environmental document required will be determined <br /> after the initial Study/Environmental Assessment has been <br /> prepared. <br /> <br />9. A Project Development Team (PDT) shall be established. The PDT <br /> shall be chaired by Caltrans. Team member selection will be <br /> approved by the Caltrans District Director. It is intended <br /> that the PDT will function as a steering group, and therefore <br /> its size will be limited. The PDT will call on staff support <br /> as required from Caltrans or the City. The PDT will be <br /> responsible for timely review and action by all parties. <br /> <br />10. The PSR shall be prepared by Caltrans with input from the City <br /> as requested by Caltrans. <br /> <br />11. Work Programs, as appropriate, will be prepared in draft by the <br /> City. Caltrans will furnish supplemental information as <br /> required for the Work Programs. Caltrans will approve all <br /> documents. <br /> <br /> -5- <br /> <br /> <br />
