CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 86-46 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A NINE-UNIT RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON 2.4 ACRES AT 306 NEAL STREET (PUD-85-21) WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 4, 1986, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning from the R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District and development plan approval for a nine-unit, single-family residential project to be located on an approximately 2.4 acre site located at 306 Neal Street; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated January 14, 1986 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for rezoning from the R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District and development plan approval for a nine-unit, single-family residential project to be located on an approximately 2.4 acre site located at 306 Neal Street. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
