CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-46 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REZONING <br /> AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A NINE-UNIT <br /> RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON 2.4 ACRES AT 306 NEAL STREET <br /> (PUD-85-21) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 4, 1986, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning <br /> from the R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) to the PUD <br /> (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential <br /> District and development plan approval for a nine-unit, <br /> single-family residential project to be located on an <br /> approximately 2.4 acre site located at 306 Neal Street; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated January 14, 1986 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for rezoning from <br /> the R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) to the PUD <br /> (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential <br /> District and development plan approval for a nine-unit, <br /> single-family residential project to be located on an <br /> approximately 2.4 acre site located at 306 Neal Street. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
