P.b.~ax 520 / CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALA}4EDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA l' RESOLUTION NO. 86-43 RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT WITHIN LOT 3, PARCEL MAP 4390, HACIENDA GARDENS WHEREAS, on February 4, 1986, the City Council received a staff report (SR 86:40) recommending the vacation of a portion of a public service easement in Lot 3, Parcel Map 4390, Hacienda Gardens, more particularly described in legal descriptions and plat labeled Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and WHEREAS, the proposed vacation of a portion of the public service easement is consistent with the goals and policies of the General Plan; and WHEREAS, no facilities exist in the easement proposed for abandonment nor are any prospective facilities planned for the portion of the easement; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Pursuant to Chapter 4 of the Streets and Highways Code and based upon the findings above establishing the necessity to vacate the public service easement in a manner meeting the requirements of Section 8333(c) of the Streets and Highways Code, that portion of the public service easement described in the attached exhibits is hereby vacated. Section 2: The clerk shall cause a certified copy of this resolution of vacation to be recorded in the office of the Alameda County Recorder upon its becoming effective.
