CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-41 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR SOCCER CITY RUN ON <br /> MARCH 9, 1986 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 4, 1986, the City Council <br /> received a report (SR 86:38) from the Assistant to the <br /> City Manager regarding an application from the <br /> Pleasanton Girls' Soccer Association for a permit to <br /> hold the Soccer City Run on March 9, 1986; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the City Council approve the <br /> application; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the application by the Pleasanton Girls' <br /> Soccer Association for a permit to hold the annual <br /> Soccer City Run, on March 9, 1986, to be held in the <br /> City of Pleasanton as more particularly delineated in <br /> the report of the Assistant to the City Manager (SR <br /> 86:38), subject to all conditions set forth in the staff <br /> report. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City budget for fiscal year 1985-86 is amended to <br /> include the costs (approximately $577.00) incurred by <br /> the city in assisting with this event. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 4, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: ~y <br />a~es R.
