CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-35 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A TRIAL EMPLOYEE WELLNESS PROGRAM <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 21, 1986, the City Council <br /> received and reviewed a report (SR 86:35) from the <br /> Assistant to the City Manager regarding three proposed <br /> employee wellness programs; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommended the programs offered through Valley <br /> Memorial Hospital with costs to be shared with the <br /> employees as deemed appropriate; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council authorizes the implementation of a <br /> trial employee wellness program with the costs shared <br /> with the employees as deemed appropriate. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 21, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> TEsT: .
