CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-34 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REZONING <br /> AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A TWO-STORY, <br /> TWELVE-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX ON A 0.5 ACRE SITE LOCATED <br /> ON THE WEST SIDE OF PETERS AVENUE BETWEEN WEST ANGELA <br /> STREET AND OLD BERNAL AVENUE (PUD-85-20) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 21, 1986, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning <br /> and development plan approval for a two-story, <br /> twelve-unit apartment complex on a 0.5 acre site located <br /> on the west side of Peters Avenue between West Angela <br /> Street and Old Bernal Avenue (PUD-85-20); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated November 25, 1985 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for rezoning and <br /> development plan approval to construct a two-story, <br /> twelve-unit apartment complex on a 0.5 acre site located <br /> on the west side of Peters Avenue between West Angela <br /> Street and Old Bernal Avenue. (PUD-85-20) <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
