CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 86-34 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A TWO-STORY, TWELVE-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX ON A 0.5 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF PETERS AVENUE BETWEEN WEST ANGELA STREET AND OLD BERNAL AVENUE (PUD-85-20) WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 21, 1986, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning and development plan approval for a two-story, twelve-unit apartment complex on a 0.5 acre site located on the west side of Peters Avenue between West Angela Street and Old Bernal Avenue (PUD-85-20); and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated November 25, 1985 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for rezoning and development plan approval to construct a two-story, twelve-unit apartment complex on a 0.5 acre site located on the west side of Peters Avenue between West Angela Street and Old Bernal Avenue. (PUD-85-20) Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
