CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-25 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CHANGING STREET NAME IN TRACT 5391 FROM <br /> CROUCH DRIVE TO HELEN DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Shea Homes, developer of a 50-lot subdivision (Tract <br /> 5391 - Mohr Park), has requested changing the name of <br /> Crouch Drive to Helen Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has reviewed this proposal with the pertinent <br /> public agencies and all find the name change acceptable; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby changes the name of Crouch <br /> Drive to Helen Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 21, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None .~C.~~RAMD~ ~,~~MA~ <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> - <br /> ~.
