CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-24 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION INITIATING PREZONING OF PROPERTY BEING <br /> ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON UNDER ANNEXATION <br /> NUMBER 114 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton has directed <br /> the City staff to prepare a formal resolution requesting <br /> annexation and an annexation application to LAFCO as <br /> filed under Annexation No. 114; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is desirable to prezone properties coming into the <br /> City limits to a zoning district consistent with the <br /> General Plan so that said properties will not <br /> automatically be put into an "S" (Study) District when <br /> they are annexed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That prezoning to any zoning district consistent with <br /> the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton is hereby <br /> initiated for the following property: <br /> <br /> Approximately 0,015 acres located near the intersection <br /> of Old Bernal Avenue and Bernal Avenue adjacent to the <br /> proposed Civic Square Apartments development. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 21, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Moh~, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> F~NK' ~.
