CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-21 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT <br /> 5486, PETERS AVENUE CONDOMINIUMS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a final subdivision map for Tract 5486, Peters Avenue <br /> Condominiums, has been submitted and checked by the <br /> Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, <br /> bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public <br /> Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map was reviewed by the City Council at its meeting <br /> of January 21, 1986; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS; <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map for Tract 5486, Peters <br /> Avenue Condominiums, is hereby approved and accepted and <br /> the appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 21, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None ~~/,~~ <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> BRA DES, JR., YOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
