CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-20 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING DEFERRED STREET IMPROVEMENT <br /> AGREEMENT WITH DIANE MARTIN AS EXECUTRIX OF THE ESTATE <br /> OF ANTHONY AND ELSIE VASSALLO (MS-85-18) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Diane Martin, as Executrix of <br /> the Estate of Anthony and Elsie Vassallo, regarding <br /> deferred street improvements in connection with minor <br /> subdivision (MS-85-18), a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 21, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers- Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: <br /> f~ ~ MAYOR <br /> <br /> W~lker, City Clerk <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Peter D.
