CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-18 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, PARCEL MAP 3612, <br /> SAVCO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for Parcel <br /> Map 3612, Savco Construction Company, has been completed <br /> and a maintenance bond has been posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been recom- <br /> mended by the Acting Director of Public Works and Utili- <br /> ties in his report to the City Council (SR 86:20); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Subdivision Agreement, subdivider shall <br /> be reimbursed for sanitary sewer line installation; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Parcel Map <br /> 3612, are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: The Finance Director is authorized to pay the <br /> subdivider a total amount of $7,188.00, thirty (30) days <br /> after filing the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 21, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> F <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br />A~ROVED~ ~O FO : ~ <br />~e~f b.
