CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-15 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS TO OAKHILL PARK, <br /> PROJECT NO. 85-2, AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT <br /> TO VALLEY CREST LANDSCAPING <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, work by Valley Crest Landscaping on the public <br /> improvements to Oakhill Park, Project No. 85-2, has been <br /> satisfactorily completed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress <br /> payment; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The work on the public improvements to Oakhill Park, <br /> Project 85-2 is hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $1,605.25 in favor of Valley <br /> Crest Landscaping in satisfaction of the final progress <br /> payment for the above-accepted work on Project No. 85-2. <br /> Ten percent (10%) of the total contract or $23,024.37 <br /> will be retained until thirty (30) days after filing of <br /> the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 21, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ~ ~ ~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~_~/j~~.~ <br /> ATTEST: F NK C.
