CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-14 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION AT FOOTHILL <br /> ROAD AND WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD, PROJECT NO. 84-10, <br /> AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO ROSENDIN <br /> ELECTRIC, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Rosendin Electric, Inc. on the installation of a <br /> traffic signal at Foothill Road and West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard, Project No. 84-10, has been satisfactorily <br /> completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress <br /> payment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The work on the installation of a traffic signal at <br /> Foothill Road and West Las Positas Boulevard is hereby <br /> accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $5,962.12 in favor of Rosendin <br /> Electric, Inc. in satisfaction of the final progress <br /> payment for the above-accepted work on Project No. <br /> 84-10. Ten percent (10%) of the total contract or <br /> $6,269.33 will be retained until thirty (30) days after <br /> filing of the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 21, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: . <br /> F N .
